I’m Sandra Henderson, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing Provider. I’m glad you’re here, my practice serves individuals in Plainfield, Illinois and surrounding areas, who are looking for counseling support and making meaningful change.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and understood. I will take the time to learn about you—your experiences, your challenges, and what you would like to focus on in therapy.
Together, we’ll work through what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s relationship struggles, past or present trauma, stressors, and/or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

My Training / Background
I received a master's degree in Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University and bachelor's degree in Psychology from Governors State University. I hold a clinical license in Professional Counseling in Illinois (LCPC).
