If you are struggling with things like sadness, anxiety, trauma or other life circumstances, I understand how difficult it can be. Throughout my life, I have struggled with anxiety, depression, and panic. I felt the intense pressure of wanting to appear as if I had it all together, while I felt like I was falling apart. I have also felt the intensity of panic, with my heart racing, and fear of doom. Since I have experienced both anxiety and depression, I understand how it feels to face these challenges. I also understand that it is possible to manage the depression and anxiety, and deal with difficult stuff life throws your way.
You might begin to feel hopeless and have lost interest in things you used to enjoy. You might have difficulty in doing basic tasks daily. Maybe you feel embarrassed to open up about what you’re really going through, even to family and friends. Getting help from a therapist like me can help you talk freely about what’s bothering you.

I'm a counselor who is uniquely qualified to work with you to find solutions to help you start feeling better. After grad school, I worked with individuals who experienced, anxiety depression, and traumatic backgrounds. I also received extensive training to help work with people who have struggled with anxiety depression and trauma. My personal experience in these areas allows me to empathize in a non-judgmental way to help you feel safe and understood, that’s why I provide a safe place to help you talk about and will come along side of you in your journey of healing. Most people describe me as calm, kind, and understanding, which are helpful in allowing you to experience feel comfortable to begin to open up and talk about what you’re dealing with. You are invited to be your authentic self and come as you are.
