Treatment Approach

I work with individuals who struggle to navigate intense feelings and emotions. These feelings and emotions can be overwhelming, and when coping strategies fail, therapy becomes a vital step towards healing.

I recognize how experiences, whether past or present, can have a profound impact on our physical and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy is centered around the mind and body connection.
We will focus on:

-
identifying and explore what you want for yourself / what gets in the way
