About

Sandra Henderson

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Treatment Approach

My approach to therapy is centered around the mind and body connection. I recognize that our experiences, whether past or present, can have a profound impact on our physical and emotional well-being.  I work with individuals who are struggling to navigate intense emotions. These feelings can be overwhelming, and when coping strategies fail, therapy becomes a vital step towards healing. We will focus on developing a deeper understanding of how emotions are affecting the body, identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors, developing practical strategies to soothe their nervous system and manage stress, and empowering an active role in the healing journey to become more balanced and resilient.
