We all have experiences in our lives and I believe that everyone handles them differently. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to listen and support you through the challenging seasons of life. Depending upon your needs, I will incorporate ACT, CBT, Family Systems, Gottman, Existential and Strength-Based therapeutic strategies to empower you to achieve your goals. I would love to help you on your journey towards healing, hope and divine purpose.

Areas of Specialization
I am experienced in working with couples, adults, adolescents and families. My areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger, PTSD and family/relational conflict.
Experience & Training
I earned a Masters of Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from Governors State University and a BA in Psychology from Chicago State University. My field training was completed at Guardian Angel Services. I have also completed the Gottman method level I training in couples counseling and a certified Prepare/Enrich pre-marital facilitator.
